Curtainrenew provides appointment-based curtain replacement and related home services within its designated European service areas.
Each service page sets out the applicable service scope, booking requirements and other relevant information. Customers should review these details before placing an order.
Any work outside the purchased service scope requires prior agreement where applicable.
3. Orders and Appointments
An order or appointment request is subject to service availability and confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate contact details, service address information and other information reasonably required to arrange the service.
An appointment may need to be rearranged where access is unavailable, the property conditions differ materially from the information provided, or the requested work cannot reasonably be carried out as booked.

Where circumstances discovered during an appointment materially differ from the information supplied when the service was booked, the scope, timing or appointment arrangements may need to be adjusted.
No additional charge will be applied for an additional service unless the customer has agreed to the applicable charge in advance, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer legislation.
Where European consumer protection legislation provides a mandatory right of withdrawal or other statutory remedy, that right remains applicable subject to the conditions and exceptions established by law.
If a customer requests that a service commence during an applicable withdrawal period, applicable law may permit payment for services already performed before cancellation.
8. Property Conditions
Curtainrenew is not responsible for pre-existing defects, deterioration, unsuitable surfaces, defective fittings or concealed conditions that were not reasonably apparent before or during the service.
Where such conditions materially affect the requested work, the service may be modified, postponed or declined to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curtainrenew is not liable for loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, failure to provide access, pre-existing property conditions, or circumstances outside the reasonable scope of the purchased service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable Canadian or European law.
